A smaller team than most years, but it's the final stages of the project and we're all studying material instead of unearthing it. People start leaving on Wednesday and then I leave Saturday afternoon from Albania, so this is the last hurrah at Butrint.
What a bright, friendly-looking bunch! And what a wonderful opportunity to see how the "big picture" of Butrint's 2700 year legacy will be painted. An experience like this beats book learning any day! Enjoy!
