Wednesday-
He's grasping at something
Morgantina silver, taken by MET, returned now to Morgantina
Ancient pasta strainer, I kid you not

This is grate (an ancient cheese grater, we're on a roll!)
Villa del Casale, better known as Mosaic villa
Famous bikini girls mosaic!
Odysseus
Thursday-
Valley of the Temples
Thanks for that
Hey beautiful, how you doing?
These giant things
Were right here
Selinunte, massive collapsed temple that we were allowed to climb over. Trevor included for scale
So much fun scaling these things
The sea is never that far away
Friday-
The white piles are sea salt being harvested!
Looking from the island
The die have been cast!

They were filming something for a German film, they stopped us while we were having lecture and asked if we wanted to be in the film. We're going to be famous!
Saturday-
King Nero
Have you ever seen a side of the road lamp market?
Yeah I don't even know what to say on this one

Not an actual temple, modern copy
Boats, even the big cruise ships, are still steered like this, who knew!
The command deck
They still use flags for communications as well!
I'm sure this has a more technical use, but it just looks like a mouse from the 90s to me
I'll post later about some of my other adventures!
